COOK FROM FROZEN:
This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to eating. Cooking times may vary depending on equipment used.
BOIL:

- Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
- Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to stop dumplings sticking together.
- Remove frozen dumplings from pack and carefully drop dumplings into the boiling water.
- Boil for approximately 12 minutes until dumplings start floating to the surface, ensuring dumplings are steaming hot and cooked right through.
PAN-FRY:

- Add 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil to a non-stick frying pan.
- Add frozen dumplings and enough water to cover a third of the dumpling.
- Cover with a lid & cook on high until water evaporates, approximately 12 minutes.
- Remove lid, turn heat to low and continue cooking until dumplings are golden brown on each side.
- Ensure dumplings are piping hot and cooked right through before serving.
CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE – KEEP FROZEN:
Store in freezer at or below -18°C for up to 12 months (see BB date), until ready to cook from frozen. DO NOT re-freeze if thawed and use within 24 hours.
