COOK FROM FROZEN:
This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to eating. Cooking times may vary depending on equipment used.
STEAM:

Line the base of a metal or bamboo steamer with perforated baking paper (or make small half-fingernail size holes in the baking paper to let steam through).
- Bring a half-full pot of water to the boil.
- Remove frozen buns from pack and carefully place them one by one into steamer.
- Place steamer over pot of boiling water, cover with a lid and steam for approximately 12 minutes until buns are steaming hot and cooked right through.

CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE – KEEP FROZEN:
Store in freezer at or below -18°C until ready to cook from frozen. DO NOT re-freeze if thawed and use within 24 hours.
