Custard Buns

COOK FROM FROZEN:

Steam for 15 minutes, ensuring buns are piping hot before serving.

CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE – KEEP FROZEN:

Store in freezer at or below -18°C for up to 12 months, until ready to cook from frozen. DO NOT re-freeze if thawed and use within 24 hours.

Serving Size: 60g (Approx. 1 Bun)

Filling: Water, Whole Eggs, Sugar, Butter [Milk], Sweetened Condensed Milk, Corn Starch, Whole Milk Powder [Emulsifier 322, Soy].

Bun Bread: Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Lard, Baking Powder [Acidity Regulator (341, 500), Stabilizer (541)], Yeast (Soy).

Contains: Egg, Milk, Soy, Wheat, Gluten.

May Contain: Mollusc, Crustacea, Sesame, Peanuts.
