COOK FROM FROZEN:
Cooking times may vary depending on equipment used.
STEAM:

- Line the base of a metal or bamboo steamer with perforated baking paper (or make small half- fingernail size holes in the baking paper to let steam through).
- Bring a half-full pot of water to the boil.
- Remove frozen buns from pack and carefully place them one by one into steamer.
- Place steamer over pot of boiling water, cover with a lid and steam for approximately 15 minutes until buns are steaming hot right through.
- Ensure buns are piping hot before serving.
MICROWAVE:

- Remove buns from pack.
- Place frozen buns into a microwave safe container.
- Cover buns with a damp paper towel to prevent drying out.
- Microwave on high for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds per bun until buns are steaming hot right through.
CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE – KEEP FROZEN:
Store in freezer at or below -18°C for up to 12 months, until ready to cook from frozen. DO NOT re-freeze if thawed and use within 24 hours.
